Thumbormuzhy dam is situated between Chalakudy river and Athirapilly waterfalls. Its decorated with a beautiful garden and there is a park for kids to spend their time and enjoy the ambience of the forest.

The greenery is priceless with the sound of flowing water hitting the rocks and bringing the coolness of the water to the air and the surrounding atmosphere, with the chorus of the birds clamoring and the blue sky filled with white cotton clouds. 

Its a spectacular sight indeed.

I travelled there in my bike. And there are lots of parking area for two wheelers and cars.

I even asked my companions to return to the car and go  back home.  But.... Once I reached the top of the mountain to see the sunrise, early in the morning...
